2 Factors Christians Should Not Forget during Evangelism

What Does it mean to Evangelize?

Evangelizing means sharing the message of the Gospel, or the good news of Jesus Christ, with others in order to bring them to faith in Christ.
It involves communicating the teachings of Christianity, including the belief in God as Creator and Savior, the importance of repentance and forgiveness of sins, and the hope of eternal life.

Evangelism can take many forms, including personal conversations, preaching, writing, media outreach, and mission work.
The goal of evangelism is to lead others to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith.
As Christians, evangelism to us is seen as a key responsibility, as Jesus Christ commanded us  to "go and make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:19).
Evangelism is often motivated by a desire to share the love of God and to see others experience the same salvation and transformation that the believer has experienced through faith in Christ.
Meanwhile, while evangelizing, there are many factors we shouldn't forget as Christians. I explained below two important factors.

2 Factors Christians Should Not Forget during Evangelism

But He said to them, "Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because for this purpose I have come forth." - Mark 1:38

Jesus went and met the woman at the well in Samaria because she had an appointment with God.
In Jesus' detour into enemy territory, we see two important concerns as we bring the message of the gospel today.

Meanwhile as Christians, just as Jesus fulfilled His ministry by preaching from towns to towns, villages to villages and house to house, so also as he commissioned us all into ministry.

Matthew 28:19-20 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, [even] to the end of the age." Amen.

In the same vein; in preaching the Gospel even to the end of the world, the following are two Salient Factors we must always bear in mind:

2 Factors Christians Should Not Forget When Evangelizing

Firstly, we have to go to where people are. Jesus did not say that the whole world should go to church; He said the church should go into the whole world.
As Mark's Gospel tells us, "And He said to them, 'Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature' " (Mark 16:15).
The glorious thing is that many people came into the kingdom through  our various outreach. We need to go to where people are.
Meanwhile as we go into where people are, we should be conscious of this fact: a person that we preach to can be a medium in which the Lord will draw many people to us and to the kingdom.
Take for instance the woman of Samaria, once again, just when Jesus finished speaking to her, the scripture says she went and called all the people in the village to come and see the messiah that she has found. John 4: 5-26

My point is, while we're going to where people are, we should never neglect preaching to a single soul we encounter. A single soul too, makes a difference in our kingdom.

Secondly, we need to care about the people we speak to.
Jesus needed to go to Samaria because He cared about this woman (see John 4:4).
When the apostle Paul was in Athens, he saw the city that was given over to idolatry, and his spirit was stirred within him (see Acts 17:16–17).
He felt righteous indignation as he saw so many turning to false gods.
In the same way, any effective sharing of the gospel must always begin with a God-given burden.
We have to care. Jesus cared. Do you? Do you want to reach out to perishing people?

DO THE WORK OF AN EVANGELIST. PREACH AND MAKE DISCIPLES.

MORE GRACE.
